Goal: Develop policy recommendation at federal and state level to expand services to older adults with cognitive impairment, especially older adults of color with an emphasis on those who live in rural and farm-working communities in Michigan and California.
Objective: Use findings for the Policy Advisory Group to develop public policy recommendations at federal and state level to expand services.

We are looking for adults age 55+ who:
- Live alone or with others
- Have some memory loss or problems with thinking
- Speak English, Spanish, Cantonese or Mandarin
Participants will be visited 5 times in person or over the phone. They will receive a $50 gift card for each visit and can stop participating at any time.
